30-Day Guarantee
If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You’re welcome to try it. Just return it in good condition, with all parts and the charging cable, in its original packaging.
Holiday Returns
Orders placed between November 1 and December 24 can be returned until January 31, so gifts can be returned after the holidays.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@shopeasenest.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Please don’t send items back without contacting us first, since returns sent without instructions may not be processed.
Return Shipping
- Changed your mind: you’re responsible for return shipping costs.
- Defective, damaged, or wrong item: you won’t need to pay anything (see below).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, stops working within 30 days, or isn’t what you ordered, email us with a photo or short video of the issue. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund, and in most cases you won’t need to return the item.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order ships, it can be returned under this policy instead.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
